Mr. Vinod Ladha

Mr Vinod Ladha (age-43) B.Com, F.C.A., belongs to a business/professional family. He was associated with Ajmera & Associates, Chartered Accountants firm, in July, 98 as Senior Manger - Audit. In view of his sterling performance and hard work, he was elevated as a partner of the firm. He is actively involved in areas of Auditing, Financial and Management Consultancy. During this tenure he has successfully completed various assignments relating to Statutory, Internal, Management & System audit, devising internal control systems and company law matters. He has also handles various bank Audit like concurrent Audit, Special Investigative Audit and Stock Audit.

MR Ajay Singhal

Mr. Ajay Singhal (age-43), B.Com, F.C.A., belongs to business family. Initially, He was associated with B. L. Sarda & Associates, a well-known Chartered Accountant firm, as a head of Audit & Taxation department. Over the years, he has garnered rare expertise in a wide range of disciplines. He has experience and expertise in the field of Tax Planning, Income Tax matters including handling of Appeals and Audits. He has been successful in rendering these services to high networth individuals, NRI's as well as to established listed companies and firms. He presently heads the Taxation department of the firm.
